Bible Baptist Church started in May of 1966 on
Mothers Day. The church started in a small store front on
main street and moved to its present location in 1975. Bible
Baptist Church is a fundamentalist, Bible teaching, Bible preaching
church. With God's blessing, we'll be moving to a new location on
a main route in New Egypt (see pictures below).

Pastor Beverly is from West Virginia. He went to Appalachian Bible college in Beckley, WV where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went to Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA to complete work on a Master of Arts degree. He served two churches as youth pastor and pastored a small church in central Pennsylvania before moving to New Jersey. He began ministry at Bible Baptist Church as its fourth pastor on November 1, 1998. As of February 2001, he has been in the ministry for twelve years. He and his wife, Denise, were married in 1988 and have four children ranging from 11 to 6 years old. |
